The Todd Mangahewa-McKee 3D Survey was a comprehensive seismic drilling project designed to support oil and gas exploration activities in the Taranaki region. Webster Drilling & Exploration successfully completed 2,978 shot holes across challenging terrain using multiple drilling methods and deployment strategies.
The project required extensive coordination across diverse landscapes, from river valleys with difficult geological conditions to remote, helicopter-accessible ridgelines. Operations were based at the Mystone-1 wellsite, providing strategic access to the southern operational area while maintaining excellent relationships with landowners.
Webster Drilling & Exploration delivered this complex, multi-phase seismic drilling project on schedule and within budget, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and operational excellence across varied terrain and access conditions.
