TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL ALL STAFF MUST

ANY WORK IF THEY
CONSIDER THE OPERATION TO BE UNSAFE
ALL LAID DOWN SAFETY PROCEDURES
MUST BE ADHERED TO.
ANY UNSAFE PRACTICES, ACTS, OR HAZARDS
MUST BE REPORTED AND REMEDIED.
